My range at least has shrunk. I can't hit high notes without squeaking now and it's really sad for me. I don't know if it's the fact I don't really practice anymore (fuck, I don't really TALK too much anymore) and could possibly get it back but fuck man.
I'm not really talented at many things so to lose one is a nasty feeling...

I actually teach singing. As you get older- you voice changes, even for girls. I used to be a trained soprano, but now hitting higher notes can actually be difficult if I haven't done much training. These days my range feels limited because it is lower- but at the same time, I am not singing like I was when I was younger and I don't have lessons myself.
Like any instrument, your voice needs training. Remember singing comes from the diaphragm up- not from the throat. When you sing casually you don't use those full muscles and you need to warm those up.
Don't feel down, you voice is probably still there, but like an engine it needs oiling up and the rust removing!
