Description
OC I came up with when I was 10, oddly enough it wasn't originally drawn it was made with clay, the markings are actually mostly due to where the clay landed when I mixed purple and lime green 
Then I tried to cook it in the microwave and it melted, because I was not allowed to use the stove back then. Don't ever put cook clay in the microwave it is horrible.
Obviously the name is based on the word nebula, it is a space dragon seal thing. Nebulas are as it turns out actually neon colors like that even.
